I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again: I freaking love grilling. It’s honestly my favorite part of summer. There’s so much you can do on a grill that you probably wouldn’t even think of! In fact, when we first bought our amazing Weber Genesis S-330 Gas Grill, the salesman told us that lots of people do pancakes, bacon, and other random foods on their grill! And if you’re spending almost a grand on a high-quality grill, why wouldn’t you? Grills just get the job done quicker, and you can enjoy some fresh air and sunshine while you cook. Double win!
My recipe today is going to stick to the grilling basics, though: marinated chicken kabobs. These things are totally amazing. Sweet, savory, and everything delicious. I must confess, my friends and I cooked these up and then served them atop some rice + “sexy sauce” from a Japanese steakhouse. ‘Twas good…’twas very good. These could also be served alongside some cauliflower rice for the perfect grain-free meal!
